Holiday project- Spaghetti ala Carbonara
Aim: To guide my sis in cooking an (edible) Italian styled Spaghetti
Purpose: educate her on the proper Italian food (not malaysia fusion Italian)

Problem: Highly adamant sister detest certain amount of cheese
Refuse to take my advice
keenness to follow the cook book
Mom strongly disagree my resolution to use white wine,instead, ask me to use
chinese rice wine, which will ruin the authencity of the dish.(imagine
if ur put red dates in mushroom soup!)

Resultdue to my mom insisted to use rice wine in it,I just could get use to the fusion taste.
Thus, I wash it down with Mojito(haha,i wanna practise too), new cocktail I learned from my clollegues,

Mojito Ingredients

• Ice cubes
• 3 parts of white rums
  
• 1 dash Angostura
• 1 part sugar syrup
• 3 parts soda water
• ½ lime juice
• 4 mint leaves

Its a dummy-proof cocktail, but taste good!
